Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls

These gluten free, protein packed, cookie dough balls are the perfect snack anytime of day. Make ahead and keep in the fridge for instant gratification.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Morellifit Nutrition Protein
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup quality chocolate (or 70% or higher cacao chocolate) chips

Directions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together except the chocolate chips.
  • After the dough appears crumbly and all flour and whey protein have been incorporated add the chocolate chips.
  • Using an ice cream scoop or 1 inch cookie scoop, scoop out the dough and roll into balls.

Makes 12 balls
