At Morellifit, holiday weekends don’t mean a holiday from health. Working out during the holiday, no matter what one it is, is a great way to stay on track. We love to have fun, so in the spirit of Halloween we bring you a monster of a work out with our very own Cookie Monster and Elmo.

Chest Workout:
- Bench Press – 3 sets of 12-15 Reps
- Decline chest Press – 3 sets of 10 -12 reps
- Cable Flies – 4 sets of 12-15 reps
- Incline Dumbbell Press – 4 sets of 10-12 reps
- Pushups – As many as you can do until fatigue!
